With a particular focus on small-to-medium business (SMB) loans, from $50,000 to $200,000, the PRC's mission is to create opportunities for Paterson businesses - including equipment loans, relocation loans, or property development loans. The PRC enables businesses to grow and relocate to the city of Paterson.
"We're helping to rebuild the City one business at a time."
As a non-city entity, the Paterson Restoration Corporation administers a low-interest revolving loan program with the purpose of stimulating private investment in the City of Paterson, which will in turn create new, permanent, private sector jobs for low to moderate income citizens of Paterson, and to increase the Paterson tax base.
